CORP users are associated to a team on wich participate in one or more proyects supporting to CRAID Manager with scientific knowledge and/or with its own resources. CRAID Manager must be an authorized user of CliniXy Core by Ixilka Research Technologies department officer.

CRAID Methodology is intended to find the primary aeteology of a disease as well as to desing a biomolecule (BINDER) that can be used as reagent for In-Vitro diagnosis or as a biomedicine.

Although participation in a CORP is free and pro bono, all CORP users agree to transfer its Intellectual Property of their contributions exclusively to Ixilka Biotech S.L.U. for any scientific, comercial purpose and industrial use, receiving, where applicable, a proportional share of the benefits in accordance with the value of their contributions.

Once Consultants and Researchers validate results, an In-Vitro/Ex-Vivo Assay Validation is proposed in order to prove the hypothesis and to check BINDER functionality. Ixilka Biotech S.L.U. can promote the assay in the name of the CORP members and include others colaboraborators to reach the purpose of validation, as welll as to comunicate findings to potential investors in order to agree a transfer of the industrial rights.
